    My Practice:

I am Board Certified in Gynecology. I perform surgeries at one hospital in Harlingen, the Harlingen Medical Center. The care provided by staff at the hospital is exemplary.

I can be at the hospital from my office or my home (or almost anywhere in town) within a few minutes. Other facts about the hospital:

Associated with Regional Academic Health Center Medical School and many other local medical training programs. This means medical and nursing students and residents (physicians in training) may be involved in your care, although all final decisions regarding care are made by your physician.

    Harlingen Medical Center:

Offers privacy, as it is a smaller hospital, not associated with medical schools or San Antonio residency programs.

    Call Schedule:

I make every effort to be available for my patients. However, I need time with my children and husband. I rotate nightly calls and weekends with other Board-certified obstetricians/gynecologists. The physicians on call can be reached by calling the office number (956)368-0836. In ANY emergency, the hospital's Emergency Department has current copies of call schedules and will contact the available physician.
